Replacement Window:
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Eligible Replacements:
You are eligible for a replacement if the item is damaged or not functioning upon arrival. While we understand the excitement of unboxing, please take care not to damage the original packaging beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Ineligible Replacements:
Items that are fully functional and undamaged cannot be replaced under this policy.
Requirements for Replacement:
- The item must be returned in its substantially original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable) must be included.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- For damaged or non-functional items, providing a short unboxing video that shows the damage/defect is highly recommended to help expedite the replacement process.

- Processing Time: It may take up to 5 business days to process the returned item and send out a replacement.
For Proof Unboxing Videos:
Sharing an unboxing video on social media will not disqualify you from receiving a replacement, as long as the original packaging remains substantially intact.
